AlertAI does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily contact us for support.

SCANNER & INCIDENT DATA

All scanner frequencies monitored by AlertAI are publicly available and legally accessible under federal law (47 U.S.C. § 333). No private, encrypted, or restricted communications are intercepted or processed.

Incident data displayed in the app is derived entirely from public sources and is provided for informational purposes only.

DATA RETENTION

Incident data is retained for a limited period for display purposes only. We do not build profiles, sell data, or use incident data for any purpose other than displaying public safety information within the app.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

AlertAI is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Since AlertAI does not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you contacted us for support and wish to have that correspondence deleted, please email us and we will honor your request promptly.
